Lockdown Diary – 2020 – 70 – Garden Visits

Most of us won’t have a garden on this scale in which to meet up with those we’ve been missing the most. Most of us have access to something though – whether it be attached to our own or another’s house or courtesy of the local council.

My social feeds were full of wonderful weekend meet-ups. It’s really moving to see tiny grandchildren being brought along for perhaps the first in reality glimpse, by grandparents.

DH frustrated by the council’s re-cycling website which tells him there are no dwellings registered for our postcode. It’s a street and there might be about 50, but heh, we’ll get there.

I’m frustrated by the jigsaw which has too many pieces in the same colour or with the same or similar pattern.

Signs of returning to normal? Certainly, but it’s not, is it? Bethany Christian Trust are continuing to provide care to the homeless. Donations are always welcome. Here
